I reserve the right to use, share, publish, livestream and record commission processes on my social media unless discussed otherwise.

I reserve the right to decline any commission work.

I retain copyright of comissioned artwork unless discussed prior.

Once work has begun, I cannot accept refunds.

I reserve the right to cancel your commission.

After completion, any additions or lengthy changes you'd like added may require a fee unless is is a recolour or a design error on my behalf.

Emotes are not guaranteed to be approved on streaming sites. If your emote is reported or denied, I will not revise your emote for free.

By default commissions have no immediate deadline unless this is discussed before payment.

Estimated turnaround 1 - 12 weeks

Some deadlines may require rush fee depending on how large the order is and how soon the deadline is. Rush orders can be +50% - 100% of the original total price.

You will be notified if there are any delays

If you, the client, have not purchased a seperate commercial fee, I (Natasha (Tashkin) Leivers) own all the rights to your commission. This means you are not allowed to use your commission for profitable merchandise.

You are allowed to have your emotes animated by another artist.

You are allowed to print your commission in a physical form, so long as it is not produced for profit.

Reselling artwork is strictly prohibited.

Clients are prohibited from using their commissioned artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency

When applicable, please provide proper credit back to either my X (@tashk1n) or Instagram (tashk1n_art) when your commission is displayed publicly.

To use your commission for commercial use, you must agree to credit me where it is being used for profit.
